Monitoring permit to work system.
o Implementation of safe work procedure system.
o Daily inspection of job site and taking corrective action.
o Participates / conduct safety meetings.
o Conducts routine field observation while interacting with site activities.
o Conducting safety tool box meeting & weekly safety walk through, preparation of daily safety report.
o Monthly equipment inspection checklist, color coding and fire extinguisher / scaffolding logs updating.

o To detect, identity, analyze, control, eliminate and recognized hazardous act, condition, behavior and violation.
o Implementing and monitoring policy and procedures.
o Monitoring of all work related permits, confined space entry procedures, crane lift plan and permits, hot work permit
requirements and hazardous activities are covered though relevant permits and procedures.
o Ensure the approved personal safety protective equipment’s used by the employees, conducting safety tool box meeting
& weekly safety walk through, preparation of daily safety report, site safety auditing and follow up.
o Inspection of Electrical and Mechanical Workshops & Camp area and pointing out about the discrepancies noted and
advice immediate measures.
o Checking the traffic movement of all vehicles and ensure strict Traffic Regulation at sites.
o Familiar with construction practice, techniques and equipment as well as the general industry environment. Review and
up-date approved HSE Program.
o Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions
and report to management.
o Monitor the implantation of the requirements of Safety Management Plan and arrange continuous and formal daily
safety monitoring to ensure compliance and effective.
o Prepare and Monitoring the implementation of completed Risk Assessments and JSA.
o Controls hazardous working conditions through site visits, resulting in the training of all supervisory personnel as
needed.
o Coordinates with Client safety management team.
o Emergency response plane implementation.
o Near Miss /Hazards / Observation Reports.
o Daily site observation reports.
o Daily STARRT card identification of job site hazards.
o Checking and monitoring scaffolding tag system.
o Fire and safety inspection on daily work progress.
o Implementations of al safety rules as per procedures.
o To ensure the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
o To investigate accidents that has occurred within incident areas.
o To inspect the waste collection site to assure that it is in readiness for waste pick-up.
o To inspect all sharps containers for proper tagging or labeling and assure that all Bio hazardous Waste Forms have been
properly filled out.
o Interpret safety regulations and standards, and participate in the development of new or revised safety standards.
o Daily Vehicle, Plant, Crane, Generator inspection etc.
o Monthly & Quarterly Inspections of fire-extinguishers, full body harness, color coding etc.
o To maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
o To investigate accidents that has occurred within incident areas.
o Ensure any changes in incident hazards and risks with relevant corrective actions are reflected in the safety action plan,
safety messages, and/or safety briefings as appropriate.
o Communication with site safety and advise them in safety maters.
o Emergency response plane implementation Conduct daily toolbox meeting and monthly training.
o Attend job progress, Meeting Safety Co-ordination meeting with safety officer.
o Approved from Royal Commission as HSE Supervisor.
o Successful completion of P&C of potable Water and Pump Station in Mutrafiah Jubail project without LTI
