Currently i am working in fatima fertilizer company pakistan as a senior plant operator, working at water treatment plant, reverse osmosis and effluent treatment plant.
Fatima fertilizer limited is DUPONT/OSHA (4.3 score)certified. I also know about PSM (process safety management) and EMS (environmental management system).
My daily routine is to monitor plant parameters and logged.
Monitor and adjust system parameters such as flow rate, pressure and chemical dosages to optimize performance.
Monitor and analyze water quality data to identify trends, patterns and potential issues.
Control troubleshooting and handled emergencies.
Maintain accurate record and documentation of system operations.
Perform SDI test and CIP of RO.
Jobs handover as per sop's follow LOTO procedure for safe job execution.
Perform JSA (job safety analysis) for critical jobs.
Chemical handling and unloading using special PPE's.
Report operation deviation and take immediate action as per shift incharg instructions.
Errection and commissioning of RO plants with DEGREMONT technologies France at national water company project.
Supervise 04 RO sites of RO in Riyadh saudi arabia.
R.O water plant 5000m3/day with less then 200 micro siemens/Cm conductivity.
Arrange CIP and Cartridge filters of RO.
Inspection of sand filters and cooling tower.
Collect data and make production report every day.
Report operation deviation and take immediate action as per project manager instructions.
02 years technical training as a plant operator in Fatima fertilizer limited Pakistan.
Learning about pumps and valves.
Carbon filter, heat exchangers.
Make presentation of plant equipments.
