▪ Prepare, modify and finalize Technical Data Sheet of Polymer Modified Binder/Crumb Rubber Modified
Binder/Tack Coat/Prime coat & Bitumen and submit to manager for review before sending to new clients.
▪ Support the Technical Team/QC-QA Manager in the execution of the following activities: Research &
Development (R&D), Coordinating Nonconforming reports, out of specification Lab investigation,
routine review of SOP’s forms, Methods binder, Lab Notebooks, labeling of Lab assets and samples,
Calibration records, Internal and external analytical reporting and mailing.
▪ Oversee Technician training and management, Ensuring reproducibility and reliability of test results.
▪ Oversee training for New Client’s Technician to ensure that proper and standard test must be followed
when conducting the test of supplied material to them.
▪ Visits the plant and laboratory of New Clients, to monitor the material delivered and to ensure the Quality
is in controlled Temperature and proper Storage Handling.
▪ Prepare, review testing reports and summaries on analyses, maintain and documents records in
accordance with establishing standard procedures, specifications, and QC/QA program for PMB/CRMB
& bitumen.
▪ Input lab data on a database and build Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance in accordance
with QCS 2014 and IAN 100 standards for PMB/CRMB & bitumen.
▪ For R&D: Test new chemicals for cost saving or formula improvement, collect all chemical Specifications
for filing, and provide a production/operation team with directions to commercialize products. Provide
them the Recipe’s to be use for Production Batches.
▪ Periodic maintenance and calibrations of analytical instrumentation and equipment Tracks, orders and
stocks laboratory supplies.
▪ Use laboratory procedures and ensure the individual work area and lab are kept clean and stocked as per
established standards.
▪ Determine the quality of the products if they meet certain standards, by ensuring the quality of the
Bitumen (60/70) before producing Batch once receive and check quality of the finished products
PMB/CRMB prior to deliver to clients.
▪ Binder testing includes for PMB & Base Bitumen test such as Rotational Viscometer, DSR
OB/RTFO/PAV, MSCR, Mass change, PAV, BBR, Penetration, Softening Point, Flashpoint, Separation
test, Solubility, Sieve test.
▪ For Operation other tasks, prepare delivery notes in every delivery supply to clients, update the database
& summaries of produce Batches that are supplied to clients.

Radiation Protection Officer (RPO)/ August 2013 to May 2016
Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Preparation of all technical aspects and procedures of radiation protection program.
▪ Following up the implementation of the rules and procedures for radiation protection and safety.
▪ Overseeing the proper use of the surveying and monitoring devices, the protective equipment and all
other equipment.
▪ Conduct all technical aspects related to radiation protection and safety, including different radiological
surveys, monitoring, tests and calibrations.
▪ Oversee the review of radiation protocols to ensure proper disclosure of radiation
exposure and ensure compliance with All policies and local regulations.
▪ Register all technical data and personal dose information in the records timely.
▪ Perform Field density test with the use of Nuclear density Machines (Troxler and Seaman Machines).


QC Senior Laboratory Technician / November 2012 to May 2016
Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare and provide Final test report and summary for All Chemical Analysis Aggregate Tastings and
Asphalt Quality Mix Design before submitting it to Project Manager.
▪ Encode and update laboratory test results to database.
▪ Prepares batch weight & Blending for Asphalt Mix Design in the absence of ME.
▪ Conduct chemical analysis on aggregates for Quality Mix Design/Hot Mix Asphalt, which includes the ff:
(Sand Equivalent, Gradation, Specific Gravity, Clay Lumps, Flat & Elongated, Soundness, Los Angeles
Abrasion and Coating & Stripping).
▪ Conduct splitting and forecasting of aggregates and soil.
▪ Perform soil verification and classification (Modified Dry Density, Optimum Moisture Content, Sieve
Analysis, Plastic limit/Liquid Limit and California Bearing Ratio), plot the test results and test data
calculations.
▪ Perform concrete testing on compressive strength on cores, cylinder and cubes for 7 days and 28 days,
aggregate testing and slump test.
▪ Perform Gmm, Gmb and Extraction test of Hot Mix Asphalt.
▪ Perform other tasks as needed like Tile Abrasion Test and FDT using Troxler and Seaman machine.

 Responsible of doing the compression test of cylinder, beam, cube and concrete hollow blocks, specific gravity and absorption test of fine and coarse aggregates.
 Do the following responsibilities; abrasion test of small and large coarse aggregates, field density (FDT) of soil by sand replacement test and soil compaction test.
 Do sieve analysis of fine and coarse aggregates and clay lump test in aggregates.

 Advise the prospect on the best solution (product and benefits) for his needs.
 Help the prospect uncover his needs and assist in creating a financial priorities list.
 Show the prospect how life insurance can help him meet his financial priorities.
 Set sales presentation meetings with prospective clients, prepare sales proposal and conduct follow up meetings.

▪ Oversee every office business centers, mailroom, messenger’s staff and company drivers to ensure that all
office tasks runs smoothly and timely manner.
▪ Assists the purchasing unit from ordering office supplies/stationeries and equipment as well as Checking
of invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
▪ Monitor and coordinate with the suppliers for all department requests and maintenance of office
machineries and equipments.
