Ensuring the store hygiene, maintenance and housekeeping are maintained in line with brand standards.
Conducting regular training programs for staffs in the areas of customer service, visual merchandising, manners and outfit, cleanliness and how to promote sales.
Ensuring proper presentation and display of products as per dept., plan provided by brand.

Ensure that Store operations are carried out complying with both Company Policy and all relevant legal requirements.
To ensure cleanliness and hygiene are upto the mark and as per set standards of organization.

To impart product, customer service and till training to new sales associates & responsible for their discipline and grooming.

Responsible for health & safety of the Store.
Ensure that product is displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends together with store visual team.
Plan staff scheduling and organize department to meet the needs of the business to maximize profitability.
Assist customers with refunds & exchanges. Resolving credit refund problems. Carry out general administrative support, answering telephone, preparing correspondence.
Helping sales associates and Supervisors on solving customer issues.
Arranging team talk to discuss store performance and sales improvement.
