Employee Relations

• Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues maintaining an appropriate balance between employee and management advocacy.
• Leave and Attendance Management.
• Prepare employment offers, HR letters, memos for announcements and probation review reminders.

Compensation and benefits / HR administration

• Monthly Payroll processing, employee benefits including but not limited to insurance claims and leave as per the company structure. Ensures accuracy of all employee information within the HRIS system.
• Manage exit process of leaving and terminated employees; exit interviews, end-of-service settlement calculation and payment administration, visa cancellation, medical and life insurance deletion, etc.

Performance Management

• Assist in driving a performance culture, by ensuring staff follow the performance management system and ensure completion of the process.



Recruitment and Selection

• Ensure timely recruitment of executive staff and other business line staff with appropriate approvals, in order to meet business needs, focusing on Employee Retention and key Employee Identification initiatives.
• Develop staffing plans with managers to develop employees, manage talent, and ensure succession planning.
• Conduct interviews, recommend candidates and consult with hiring mangers either directly or through subordinates.
• Ensure hiring practices are in accordance with internal controls and policies while flexible enough to support market pressures and variation. Coordinate joining formalities and orientation.
• Utilize recruitment portals and media social network to recruit and screen applications as a preferred cost effective method for recruitment.
