Requirement Gathering for HPE Tools Implementation Projects
•Understanding the customer requirements and recommending approaches in meeting the same.
• Recommendations include solution approach, tool selection & project design.

•Providing consultation for HPE Open View software and solutions such as HPE NNMi, HPE SiteScope, HP OMi, HPE OBR, HP BPM & the integrations.
•Extensive hands on experience in implementing and integrating HP NNMi, HP SiteScope and HP OMi, HPE OBR and Cloud Optimizer.
•End to end implementation of HPE BTO products.
•OBR Implementation and configure out-of-box reports
•Completed successful implementation for 4 customers in UAE ( OMi, NNMi, SiteScope, OBR and Cloud Optimizer

Primary SME for NNMi, Sitescope and OML. Support all the activities of these tools in production system.
• Administration of Event management monitoring tool OML
• HP OA Agent installation and troubleshooting
• NNMi Administration tasks
•Add/remove devices
•Load MIB/configuring new traps and incident configuration. Adding enrichment, dampening and pairwise etc for incidents config.
•Creating groups and managing topology maps.
•Monitoring policy creating, interface polling policy,

•Fix driver discovery issues
•Fix snapshot failures
•Create and manage password rules

•NNMi to NA integration issues
