Operations Management
•Managing operations for rendering & achieving quality services and desired Business results and Regional P&L.
•Liaising with various departments within the organization to gain support / resolve issues.

•Completing and presenting the performance appraisal based on the defined goals and Objectives.
•Planning and executing the development plans for the potential replacements.
•Forecasting expenses and budgeting for the region.
•Leading, Coaching and monitoring the performance of immediate reportee’s to ensure efficiency.
•In depth knowledge of the Profit & Loss account to analyse and control the relevant Costs.
•Analysing the business needs to forecast the manpower requirement and make relevant executable plans.
Training & Development
•Planning & strategizing training roadmap for the organization, designing training programs and the training cycle, as well as TNA - Training Needs Analysis & Content Development.
•Executing training in co-ordination with Marketing, HR, Operations & M&R team to organization’s expectation.
•Organizing training & development of the entire Store Operations Team.
•Recognizing, respecting & nurturing the creative potential of each candidate.
•Preparing exercises, questionnaires and assignments for managers at various levels.
•Setting & marking assignments and tests.
Team Management
•Managing Team functions viz. planning, recruitment, selection & performance management (including performance / quality evaluation) for all employees in the organisation.
•Leading, mentoring, coaching, monitoring team members to ensure efficiency in product knowledge, process operations & meeting of individual & group targets.
International Exposure
•Developed the SOP’s for the smooth functioning of the business for Operations and training for a new Burger Company in KSA.
•Developed the entire process and procedures for the Operations team.
•Developed the entire Training Model and Modules for the start up company in KSA.
•Worked with people of various nationalities to align the goals and deliver business results.
•Setup and managed the entire Jeddah operations for the company and also opened 3 new stores and prepared 3 more for opening.
