• Co-ordinate and manage user’s concerns on below Oracle (HRMS, Inventory, Procurement, Payroll, OTL, Enterprise Asset Management) modules.
• Evaluate and lead the new systems development and implementation, system enhancements and improvements. Ensure technology development are followed and implemented as per company's IT policy. For example, have lead project to implement HRMS Application for Human Resource Department of the company.
• Planning and setting up business continuity and Disaster Recovery Strategy.
• Guide analysis, planning, evaluation, design and implementation Information Systems that address business issues. Oversee the selection of new solutions and respective technology partners that could meet the IT needs of the company. Ensure smooth deployment of service by vendors and maintain a cordial relation.
• Ensure proposals are invited as per Company policy and recommending best proposals to ensure that items and services are procured at good value. Prepare Cost Benefit analysis of proposals for new purchases and obtain approval for the same.
• Produce a detailed process, systems, interface and data analysis documentation to match business needs. Participate in process flow analysis and redesign along with the business users.
• Direct planning and selection of manpower in the Department, in line with the business and operational plans. Provide support and guidance to the IT team to serve fast resolution of users' problems(both hardware & software).
• Direct and maintain enterprise systems architecture; maintain standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnection of information systems. Evaluate infrastructure upgrades upgrades.
• Timesheet management for all the Departments.
• Planning on execution among all the team involved in the upgrade/implementation.
• Regular interaction with onshore partners with the current updates and future project plans.
• Distributing and managing tasks among own team.
• Protecting company data through security mechanism and continuously work towards any scope of improvements.
• Carry out change management and incident management.
• Compilation of the best practices, administrator manual and checklists.
• Coordination and execution for monthly production installation.
• Coordinating with Different Product Vendors for support e.g. Oracle, IBM
• Offshore SME for performance tuning/ User management/ weekly code migration/ Disaster Recovery test

• Regular database maintenance and preventive activities like Reorg, stats gather, file system space management.
• Shell scripting to eliminate some of the repetitive tasks like database user creation, application user creation, adding responsibilities for different clients.
• User administration, patch management, migration and cloning of Oracle Applications Installations.

• Server Migration for 7 production instances and total of 30 instances.
