My project with Gulf Air was being a marketing consultant and an advisor on how they could improve the performance of their website and promote their ancillary services better online as part of a University project.
Working as a Retail Advisor in Viva mainly revolved around customer service. My previous job has helped me develop my communication skills as well as my technology skills where I had to deal with customers and serve them through understanding their needs, providing them with information and advising them on what will best suit their needs.
Working as a receptionist in al Ahmadi Advertising Company mostly revolved around preparing for meetings, making necessary phone calls requested by the manager of the company whom I reported to directly as well as dealing with clients when the manager was not available in the office.
