Hello, my name is Ruslan Musaev. I have a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning and have been working since 2014. I designed private houses in Russia and the USA; public buildings (school, institute, factory), multi-storey buildings, mosques in Russia. My duties included:
- improvement of the concept, adjustment or major change in the concept
- creation of drawings of the architectural section of the project
- control over the sections of other employees
- monitoring the progress of construction
- analysis of commercial proposals in order to save the customer’s budget
- passing a state examination, correcting comments, challenging decisions
- checking buildings for seismic stability
- selection of materials for the exterior and interior of the facility
- the most accurate calculation of materials for facades and roofing materials
I work in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion.
