Lead the design, development and execution of Change, Communication and Education initiatives. This includes leadership alignment, stakeholder management and culture change
Identify barriers and challenges for successful projects, determine alternatives and implement the preferred/approved recommendation to mitigate project risk.
Coach and advise business on ongoing change management for successful business acceptance of the change.
Ensure proper communication through the Business Readiness and SAP Deployment phases
