Reporting directly to the Country Manager and managing 4 Pet food Distributors, I was responsible for
• Purchasing and expedite materials to be used in promotional activities, merchandising blitz, and events
• Add value by being proactive in recommending the optimum specifications of the promotional premiums which could give better sales output
• Customer Service Logistics
• Attend and address customer complaints with regards to our product quality and distributor service level
• Prepared demand planning and sales forecasting for provincial and distributor warehouse on monthly basis and submit to line manager and supply chain.
• Developing and managing 4 local network distributors
• Cascade and implement promotional activities, and create post evaluation report
• Organized events and oversee third party agency in merchandising set up before the national and local events
• Prepare and conduct business review on per distributor and see how they perform in terms of sales and resolve issues if there’s any
• Conceptualized merchandising materials liked streamers, gondola and place it to strategic area
• Monitoring of stocks availability, orders and arrivals.
• Conduct product knowledge to distributors sales and marketing staff, including dealers/outlets staff

• Awarded as “Area Sales Supervisor of the year” in 2006 for excellence in sales and customer service.
• Awarded as “Area Sales Manager of the year” in 2008 for excellence in sales
• produced annual sales increase of 15% over quota with 21% growth vs. last yr
• Traveled to other countries as incentive trip by hitting yearly targets
• Play key role in developing marketing and sales strategies for pet nutrition to increased sales

• Regular visits in fish cages area, fish pond and talk to owners
• Gathering orders of 20 outlets and collect payments on time
