Responsibilities:
• Credit Controller- maintaining statement of accounts of clients
• Prepare material request, quotations, purchase orders and payment request.
• Maintains and monitor all relevant files to on going projects.
• Provides back up support in the operations ie. coordinating deliveries with the drivers/clients.
• Manage the customers inquiries via email or phone.
• Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Responsible for monitoring deliveries of incoming/outgoing materials.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Responsible for gate pass applications
• Keeping records of outgoing and incoming cheque payments
• Received clients payments
• Responsible for making delivery notes and invoices for material deliveries.
• Maintaining the daily time records using biometric systems
