Property Management Job Description
• Reporting directly to Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Facility Management Head
• Handling of over 49 strip malls around the kingdom covering northern, central and western region of Saudi Arabia
• Direct Supervisor to Facility Engineers and multi-function technicians
• Project Handing Over In charge for Testing and Commissioning of equipment and utilities including Booster Pumps, Fire Fighting Pumps and Fire Alarm System, Electrical System and Plumbing System for new projects
• Snag Report preparation for architectural and aesthetic of the property which includes civil works and design review
• Design and Layout Proposal for new Proposed Site (single line drawing)
• Project Drawing review for the new proposed project
• Support on Fit out and Design Department on drawing review for mall tenants
Facility Management Job Description
• Initiating contract reviews for the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) service providers such as Manpower Supply (In house Maintenance Team), Landscape Preventive Maintenance, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Preventive Maintenance, Elevator Preventive Maintenance, Generator Preventive Maintenance, Booster Pump Preventive Maintenance, AHU and Exhaust Fans Preventive Maintenance)
• Setting of scope of works for the PPM service providers and ensuring that the scope is followed as per the signed contract
• Reviewing of Procurement procedures, evaluation of the quotations for services to be delivered, comparing of the cost as per the market value and final approval of the procurement process
• Planning, implementing and strict compliance as per the standards for Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) for Facility Management
• Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems with a view to ensure that the facility equipment is working properly in good condition
• Facility Maintenance Supervisor and Technical Assessment for Operational Projects (Electrical, Mechanical Plumbing and Fire Protection, Civil Works)
• Preventive Maintenance in Charge attending with Third Party company for inspection of all equipment including pumps for Fire Fighting and Water System
• Initial assessor for troubleshooting emergency cases on site including water leakage, electrical failure and equipment breakdown
• Providing technical inspection reports for project site visit and the current status for upgrade and improvements of the facilities
• Evaluates the work performances of manpower such as job knowledge, work quality, interpersonal skills, communication skills and personal appearance
• Handling equipment power tools such as clamp meter, multimeter and tester
Reporting directly to Mall Operations Manager
* Duty Manager in absence of Mall Operations Manager
* Back-up position for Tenant Relation Officer
* Line Manager and Supervisor to Mall Resident Engineer, Mall Leadman and multi-function
technicians
* In charge on the mall upkeep from its machineries, manpower and mall inspection
* Preventive Maintenance scheduling for HVAC and Electrical Controls
* Close monitoring of mall maintenance activities (cleaning of water tanks, checking of utility
rooms, exercising of equipment)
* Plan and prepare annual maintenance program with Mall Resident Engineer
* In charge on the Soft Services of the Mall (Housekeeping and Security) attending regular
toolbox meeting discussing all the current issues faced during the operation and conduct
training such as Fire Drill and Emergency Response, Security Operations and Tactics
* Attending tenants concern and customer service

Job Description :
* Quality Control for Sanitary Lines, Water Lines and Fire Protection including Testing and
Commissioning prior to unit hand over
* Attending with the Quality Control engineers for Testing and Commissioning of the water
pipelines, drainage and pumps
* Attending with the Quality Control engineers for Testing and Commissioning of the Fire
Sprinkler System, test valves, Fire Hose Cabinets including the Fire Fighting Pump set
* Attending with the Quality Control engineers for Testing and Commissioning of the Fire
Alarm System including the devices such as Smoke Detectors, Manual Call Point, Sirens and
Bell
* Preparing Snags for Sanitary Fixtures such as faucet, water closet and toilet fixtures
* Manpower Monitoring and Supervision
* Daily Activities Scheduling and Site Evaluation
