Duties and Responsibilities
- Start-up and shutdown all production line machineries as per manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Perform the basic maintenance for the machines.
- Follow all the safety measures of the machine during the operation and the maintenance.
- Keep the machine in the area around it clean and tidy.
- Keep record of raw material consumption, job requirement, breakdowns and raw material specifications.
- Assure the quality integrity of product and appearance.
- Assure proper coding.
- Also trained and assigned to Operate KHS Kister (Packing Machine) and Palletizer.

- To check and monitor the water quality for pre-production use.

Organize manpower distribution and task based on production plan.
- Facilitate and disseminate information whenever there are occurrences of machinery breakdown to the Maintenance Department.
- Monitor and maintains that all the support materials are available and ready for use.
- Organize the cleaning activities and sanitation of the shift.
- Monitoring the Quality Control Operation of the shift.
- Completion of the production plan based on the established priorities, resolving operational problem by proper personnel utilization.

- Carry-out the entire production plan and reporting the production summary of the shift.

Can Manufacturing Dept. for 3-pc cans intended for dairy & non-dairy products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform testing, inspection and monitoring of semi-finished & finished product according to company’s set
standard and procedure.
- Detecting, identifying & labeling of non-conforming materials & product and to recommend proper disposition.
- Evaluate & follow-up non-conforming products and materials according to the disposition for product release or
disposal.
- Evaluation of finished cans using double seam projector. Perform teardown evaluation.
- Works closely to cannery Quality staff for the status & condition of the finished cans delivery. Coordinate with
warehouse staff for the status of the product output.
- Maintains proper warehousing and stocks arrangement after releasing the finished product from production for
warehouse storage. Observe and monitor FIFO system prior to issuance and release of stocks.
- Care of QC equipment / instrument to be utilize for product evaluation & testing. Availability for use and
calibrated. Records keeping.
- Monitor & implement the Quality Control Inspection as per requirement for SAP (Systems Applications and
Products in data processing).
- Perform Can Plant Quality confirmation weekly for closing transaction as per SAPrequirement.
- Internal Quality Auditor for the Implementation and Maintenance of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management
System.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the proper performance of the Quality Control Inspector’s job responsibilities.
- Maintain & implement of Quality Control procedures in compliance with the requirement of ISO standard.
- Perform internal quality audit during pre-surveillance visit of ISO certificationbody.
- Auditee for Quality Control Department during surveillance visit for the ISO certification body.
- Guarantees that all product follow specification set by the Head Office Quality Assurance - PT United Can
Company Ltd. Responsible for product specifications & maintenance of QC instrument & equipment.
- To visit customer when required and will attend customer’s requests, inquiries & complaints. Assures good
relationship with the customer.
- Investigates customer complaints and elaborate standard report about the problem and the solution of each
customer complaint & send report to the General Manager and to the Head Office - PT United Can Company
Ltd.
- Enforces standards of safety, fire prevention, security & first aid.
- Monitoring of all QC Instrument, make sure that it was available for use, calibrated and proper record keeping.
- Supervise, inspection & evaluation of all incoming & support materials & scrapping of non-conforming products.
- Handle reports for submission to management.
- Responsible for Quality Control personnel requisition, training & personaldevelopment.
- Attend the daily inter-department meeting to discuss the activity from previous day of production, projects & to
follow-up pending task/job for close-out.
- Proper control and monitoring of stocks, from raw materials to finished product. Also includes monitoring of
minimum stock level. Verify and inform Warehouse and ProductionDepartments.
- Involve in the monitoring and control of warehouse management flow from the raw materials, in-process activity
until container van loading.
- Control and monitor proper warehousing activity, segregation and labeling of the raw materials. Familiarization
of the warehouse location map to easily identify and locate the stocks, status and for retrieval purposes.
- Includes pest control monitoring of the factory and warehouse facility.
- Team member for the project proposal of factory facility for continuous improvement, maintenance and
improvement for warehouse management program. Always maintain the product quality including packaging
standard from container inspection, van loading until delivery to thecustomer.
- Quality Control representative for the periodical stock inventory conducted by Warehouse and Administration
Department. Actual stocks should be balance against the data report and discrepancies should be addressed
prior to the final inspection of the external auditors.

Establish Quality Manual & Procedures in compliance with the requirements of BRC loP Standard in
coordination from the Head Office - PT United Can Company Ltd.
- Control & Implementation of the establishedprocedures.
- Responsible to request necessary training & development of thepersonnel.

- Prior to the assignment in this newly acquired branch, I was sent to the Head Office - PT United Can Co., LTD.
Jakarta Indonesia for Comprehensive Training on Can Manufacturing section &department.
- To establish Quality Control section of the newly acquired branch (MPC) and help to improve the product
Quality with the guidance & coordination from the Head Office - PT United Can CompanyLtd.
- Establish Quality Control Procedures in compliance with the requirement of ISO standard.
- Guarantees that all products follow standard specification set by the Head Office Quality Assurance (PT United
Can Company Ltd.) and as per agreed by the customer (Princes Tuna MauritiusLimited).
- Visit customer when required and will attend customer's requests, inquiries and complaints. Assures good
relationship with the customer.

Canned Tuna Manufacturing using 2-pc and 3-pc cans intended for export markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform evaluation, receival and checking of all incoming materials to be use for canned tuna: e.g. empty can
and ends, carton boxes, paper labels, ingredients.
- Work’s in can seaming section for teardown evaluation. To evaluate & verify double seam dimension of the
hermetically sealed container before going to retorting/sterilizationprocess.
- Product labeling inspector. To monitor the daily labeling activity and randomly inspect the packaging quality of
the product until container van loading.
- Works in fish receiving section. Checks and evaluates the quality of fish according to company's set standard
criteria for canned tuna.
