DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES…
Assisting the Branch Manager in the general running of the branch to the standards required by the company and implementing all policies whether by law or company.
To maintain profitability through increased sales and reduced costs whilst maintaining high pre-set operating standards.
To maintain high pre-set standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout the Branch.
To ensure that the Branch complies with all legislation regarding Health & Safety and Food & Hygiene and Licensing.
To maintain proper discipline and harmony among all the team members and take appropriate action where necessary upon consultation with Branch Manager.
To ensure that all staff receive regular training in compliance with company regulations.
To develop self as a leader and subordinates as a highly efficient and cohesive team
To conduct effective briefings on a regular basis to enhance customer satisfaction
To ensure that all supply orders are placed properly and on time.
To ensure security of premises, stock and cash.
To assist Branch Manager with daily, weekly and period figures and paperwork.
To motivate all subordinates and to establish effective channels of communication for Branch information
