A2009 — Up to date:- Working with Energya Cable Co. KSA as “Electrical Maintenance
Engineer, ” Where my responsibilities are to lead the maintenance team and to report maintenance director in troubleshoot each kind of electrical breakdowns, to
carry out all preventive maintenance plans, arrangements of spare parts and to ensure optimum
efficiency of the various production plants and process equipments, which comprises of Building
wire plant, medium and low voltage cable plant. PVC compounding plant, LV Xlpe MV xlpe, HFFR
Compounding plant.
2007—2009:- Group maintenance manger” for “SUGF” Al-Sorayai united group of factories
Pvt. Ltd. My responsibilities were extended to five factories in the group and I was responsible
for all maintenance activities like employees Training, project handling, new machines
installation, spare parts arrangements, carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance
plan as per ISO “quality management system” and to maintain all the fire fighting equipments
and early warning system.
2005—2007:- AL-SORAYAI Trading Group of industries “Appointed as “Engineering Department
Manager” for carpet manufacturing group, where I was responsible to handle all technical issues like
upgrading the old machine control panels, Troubleshooting, modification of the electronic control circuits
at various kind of production plant and to arrange the repairing of the various kinds of electronic
equipments and devices at workshop level.
1999--to 2005: - “Al-Sorayai carpet manufacturing group as “Maintenance Supervisor” at
Plant 2 Reporting to Plant maintenance manager where I was fully responsible for each
maintenance activity, carrying out all maintenance plan according to the ISO quality management
system on tufting, printing, backing and dye-beck plants, process of carpet production along with
building maintenance, fire fighting and early warning system, all utilities’ machinery, rugs and
sample department, and Boilers & water treatment plants.
