✓Finalize the Contractor’s IPA and prepares the
IPC, FPC and recommendation for client
approval.
✓Review & certify the Subcontractor variations.
✓Project close-out procedures in accordance with
the contractual terms and conditions.
✓Monitor costs against budgets.
✓Performs other duties as required to successful
completion of project.
✓Quantity Take off for all element based on
IFT/IFC, Quantity takes off fast and accurate
using Plan Swift and CAD (civil & infra)
✓ Submission of Variation cost proposals as per the
client/ consultant requirements. (Engineer
instruction, RFI-Request for information)
✓ Preparation of Subcontract agreements.
✓ Enquire from Suppliers to get quotes for
variation non BOQ items.
✓ Cross check the quotes which are complying as
per the site requirements. Replies to
Correspondences as per the management
instruction.
✓ Attending meetings with engineer/client
personal, and negotiations.
✓ Subcontractor and supplier’s correspondence,
and final account negotiations.
✓Ability to negotiate with Subcontractors /
Suppliers regarding Tenders
✓ HVAC Estimation with Prepare Work Inspection
Request.
✓Monitoring the Sites and preparing the Daily
progress report analysis for each project.
✓Preparation and Estimation of MEP Works.
✓ Initial processing and reviewing of tender
documents to determine the scope of work and
document check list.
✓List of Missing items and Variation items as per
drawings, BOQ, Specification and Preambles.
✓ Preparation of detailed Material on Site report,
involves in collecting Invoice, Delivery Note and
MIF (Material Inspection Form) and submit to
consultant for payment certification.
✓ Prepare Cost Scope Approval from Client.
