Scott Wilson is the worlds 5th largest design and engineering company, by whom I was headhunted. My duties included: * Administrative support to all project managers i.e. advice on design and engineering issues, correlation of tender contracts and pre- existing contracts, monitoring of turnover, cost, revenue and gross.
* Daily minute taking from board of director meetings and initial issue of minutes.
* Management of the Project Directors diary
* Organising corporate events
* Editing of CAD drawing
* Accurate document control
* Dealing with client and customer complaints and queries
* Developing relationships between project managers of both Scott
Wilson and Clients.

My greatest achievement while working for Skanska was recovering a
missing 1.3 million pound which had been lost due to poor administrative
structure in the past. I was not asked yet took it upon myself to notice the amount of missing monies and riffled through years of archived
paperwork to recover the 1.3million. My work was recognised by all
directors and was soon head hunted by Scott Wilson. My duties at
Skanska Included: * Managing 4 major street lighting contracts across London Including the street lighting of the Olympic Grounds.
* Invoicing Britain's largest electrical Company
* Paying sub-contractors wages and delegating areas of works
* Accurate monthly payment claims to our electrical source.
* Overseeing jobs are completed to a high standard.
* Dealing with complaints from councils and residents.
* Overseeing expenditure on each contract ensuring the works are within budget.
* Developing accurate weekly cost and revenue reports which were
used in important weekly meeting amongst the board of directors
