Reporting directly to the Managing Director and only HR and Admin role in the company. This position also holds and manage the reception area and served as the personal assistant of the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities includes hiring the right person at the right time and at the right cost, managing the key performance indicators of each employee, process benefits, creates policies and procedures and do process improvements and making sure that all standard operating procedures are documented and is being followed by the employees.

Business Operations

● Consolidates approved Manpower Plan for total company on an annual basis

● Responsible for the establishment of computerized data bank that enhanced facilitated faster sourcing of personnel, recording and updating of personal files
● Ensure proper sourcing of applicants by coordinating with various academic and outsourcing companies, internet posting, cross sourcing or networking with other companies and other social media e.g. Linked IN
● Prepares paperwork necessary for submission to the immediate superior, such as weekly, monthly manpower status, lead-time report and other reports.
● Performing activities to build company image / brand name to labor market (Represented company in Labor Trade Fair, sponsor activities to universities / colleagues / vocational school, internship programs)
● Coordinate and assist with various internal departments in line with other HR needs of the employees (such as learning & development, employee engagement compensation and benefits, etc.)

Pre- Boarding:
● Assists in the conduct of the SPI On-Boarding Process and assists on reviewing the on boarding process. Recommends changes if necessary.
