Major Accountabilities
Overall ownership for handling the entire gamut of HR functions related to Human Resource Management right from the staff confirmation process/transfers/promotion process and exit management/development programs
Manage Manpower Planning, Staffing, and Recruitment & Attrition management while mapping hiring requirements, formulating & implementing innovative HR Policies.
Instrumental in maintaining HR MIS and collating overall employee related information pertaining to personal details leave records, performance details, payroll management and other details etc
Responsible for complete and accurate documentation between HR Department and Employees.
Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports activities and community events support, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
Entrusted with the task of carrying out employees’ promotion, administering employee’s resignation and clearance, exit interviews, final settlement and closure, data base of all employees, leaves records and attendance regularization
Prepare organizational chart based on the head count while support all HR related functions
Coordinate with management to review organizational performance and recommending process modifications while contributing towards the organizational goal
Actively involved in the Record Maintenance, Performance Appraisal System, Training and Development activities & Administration Activities
Independently managing the Performance Management system involving preparation of compensation grid, rolling out the letter, identifying the talent pool & arranging special training program for them, implantation of PMS system, data management and preparation of compensation grid for the recruitment
Involved in the implementation of PMS, Organizational Exit Process and Selection Procedures including applicant tracking, testing, reference & background checking as well as screening
Implement effective HR Policies, Procedures & Systems while drafting, processing, implementing, evaluating and redesigning them as per the business plans & its roll out program.
Recruit professionals in match with business plans & its roll out program while providing technical guidance to the team while setting performance parameters, deadlines & work delegation for them & providing them various accolades to motivate them on regular basis
Analyze training requirements while evaluating their errors. Assess, recommend & implement processes and provide solutions focused on improvement to applications/ work methods for process & operations development
Maintain flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all levels.
Analyze the tasks assigned and accountable for optimal utilization of the resources and manpower in a cost effective way
Conduct Employee engagement, Employee rewards and recognition activities, CSR activities and also Editor for the Company Newsletter.
Select and Supervise Insurance Brokers, Training and development consultants, Recruitment Companies Etc.

•Recruitment/ Business Development
•Prepare job descriptions for recruitment positions. Working on ERP software (Hirecraft).
•Understand from the Line Managers/ Clients the skills required for the particular position, and draft the job descriptions accordingly.
•Getting the resources through various channels like Job Portals, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, References, Head Hunting and Advertisements etc.
•Publicizing various vacancies through websites, newspaper etc.
