• Planning and executing a business plan for two websites.
• Following up the financial statues and updates for the business plan.
• Preparing accounts receivable invoices accordingly.
• Responsible of the company's petty cash.
• Coordinate between the operation's department and the clients to insure all the invoices issued are accurate and are being prepared with timely manner.
• Reviewing and checking invoices with supporting documents and prepare the related payment.

• Monitor project costs against revenue on a daily basis, and provide weekly and monthly tracking reports of estimated revenues and costs.
• Following up contractors invoices.
• Prepare monthly withheld tax statement and submitting them to Tax Department.
• Preparing petty cash reports for employees.
• Coordination between Expats and treasury department, and follow up their expenses.
• Prepare accrued expenses schedule at the end of each month.
• Prepare the Company’s utilities estimation monthly statement.
• Reconcile balances with the suppliers.
• Planning, budgeting and forecasting of on-going and planned projects.
• Prepare and maintain cost plan for the total Contract and for each Work Package.
• Analysis of recommended actions to minimize project overruns as well as identifying project savings to ensure the cost visibility of the project.

As a university student, I began my journey with Foot Prints as a part-time team member and promoter of one of their major events. Then I was heavily involved in the planning and execution of the company’s events. My key achievements included:
• Played a major role in planning and executing a conference event for the UNICEF in Damascus
• Helped in launching a successful 2-day event for “Women in Business and Investment” at the Sheraton Damascus
• Instrumental in success of launching numerous events and exhibitions such as: Aubergine launch event, Syrian National Osteoporosis Foundation event, Belle Fountain event, HIBA University graduation ceremony
