Handles and manage all the finance and business operations for the region
Owned by International and national investors, BIOPHARM SPA is a leading pharmaceutical company in Algeria. Its activities include production, import, export, promotion and logistics of pharmaceutical products. BIOPURE SPA is a mega pharmaceutical products supplier in Algeria with five main distribution centers and many platforms all across the country.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable IFRS rules as well as the tax and social laws and regulations.
- Preparing and interpreting financial statements, analysis and reports
- Manage and supervise all finance and accounting elements and employees.
- Ensuring all the company financial and accounting obligations on time.
- Managing the company cash flow and financial strategy.
-Structuring managing the finance and accounting department and implementing its procedures.
-Ensuring the tax and fiscal requirements and payments
- Advising the CEO as a member of the management committee
- Handle and liaise external auditors and parties.
Part of the HQ in Paris and Shareholder of the major Oil & Gas operating companies in UAE (called OPCOs), activities include maintaining active Shareholder participation, supplying strategic manpower and technical services to OPCOs, and upholding government relations and society contribution.
Restructuring the finance department and its procedures
Reorganizing the accounting structure and the accounts in the SAP system
Preparing the budgets and budgets follow-up for the office
Reporting and justifying the books and variances to HQ
Preparing IFRS statements
Handling the yearly external audit
Managing payables and receivables
Handling and liaising all financial matters for and between the HQ and OPCOs
Building and maintaining relations
