Issuing Permit Drawings (ACMV, Fire Fighting, Water Supply and Drainage Systems);
• Acquiring approvals of Permit Drawings from the respective Authorities;
• Preparing Heat Load and Ventilation calculation for ACMV System;
• Preparing Hydraulic calculation for Fire Fighting System;
• Preparing calculation notes for Water Supply System;
• Preparing calculation notes for Drainage System;
• Converting approved Permit Drawings into detailed IFC Drawings (Issued for Construction);
• Developing mechanical shop drawings using the IFC drawings;
• Coordinating all mechanical system to architectural, interior and other engineering trades;
• Supervising the draftsman on their given task and assure the drawings are delivered based on the
scheduled plan;
Providing active support to the Head of Mechanical Section Design with regards to various industrial, commercial mid and high-rise building projects;
• Preparing mechanical drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD;
• Supporting the Design team in developing concept design, design analysis/criteria and layout in an effective way prior the start of detailed design;
• Calculating Heat/Cooling load, Total Dynamic Head (TDH), External Static Pressure (ESP), Hydraulic Analysis and other related mechanical system calculations;
• Selecting mechanical equipment during design development stage;
• Preparing technical specifications and other technical documentation related to various mechanical projects;
