Summary:
Developing communications & marketing strategy, plans, policy, events, and PR. Managing communications with external parties such as media outlets, customers, subsidiaries, and shareholders. Also, responsible for corporate image enhancement as well as branding & identity development beside creativity work such as internal and external designs for the annual reports, profiles, and artwork beside marketing programs execution. Campaigns and event planning and management. Managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, events, marketing research and field studies. Develop the website communications and managing social media platforms and channels beside E- commerce development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the Marketing & Digital annual business plan, marketing strategy, KPls, budget, and policies and procedures.
- Develop the corporate and project communications strategy and positioning (covering both online and offline channels) produce annual communication plans for the corporate Image enhancement.
- Branding and identity development.
- Segmentation and identifying targeted audience.
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns (online & offline campaigns)
- Responsible for events management, planning and managing internal and external
events, conferences, and exhibitions. (creating events calendar).
- Commercial videos and educational video creation.
- E-commerce and Website development.
- Develop Digital Media strategy and managing the social media platforms.
- Develop and implement a strategic PR & Marketing plans and calendar of
activities (covering corporate, projects and completed properties).
- Develop guidelines for media interactions in interviews, quotes, emails, and any
other communication form, establish mechanisms to ensure compliance with
approved policies, and develop crisis management strategy/ guidelines.
- Responsible for internal and external designs and supervising production line.
- Responsible for reports and presentations designing.
- Perform all internal communication, including announcements.
- Perform communication of the brand values to all ACC employees with a focus
on raising awareness.
- Perform screening and selection of external Marketing & PR Agencies; direct, guide
them and monitor their performance, advising managers on Agency performance on a periodic basis (e.g. quarterly)
- Perform evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of externaland internal comm. & PR strategies & processes.
- Establish strategic media relationships through tools such as press familiarization visits & executive press contact programs
- Develop and distribute external, corporate publication materials & press releases.
- Develop, review, and maintain a press information kit in English and Arabic.
- Perform CSR activities and digital content updates.
- Ensure news agencies are effectively covering the corporate.
- Assist Investor Relations in preparing all communications with shareholders
- Develop or review and approve content for critical communications
- Review content for major communications developed by PR &
communication (Junior) and other ACC departments.
- Develop annual CSR strategy and initiatives that further ACCL’s CSR commitment
and improve ACCL’s image.
