• I’m a buyer or handling civil materials, electrical (high and low voltage), mechanical, HVAC, medical equipment, cleaning materials, chemicals, asset (IT equipment hardware and software, furniture and appliances), stationary, Toners and ink
• Collecting material requests from the project sites or head office to manage the supply needed.
• Dealing or negotiating with suppliers for the best price offer and price comparison (quotation) based on the company requirements as per the payment (cash or credit), delivery terms, contract terms, and supplier registration.
• Targeting budget as a requirement needed for each project for consumables and assets.
• Making Tender biding bond for the project contract.
• Process a purchase order using the Oracle system and receive invoices with the delivery note for the closing of delivered materials to the project Prepare advance payment for cash/credit and manage payment for supplier via the statement of account for credit contract.
• Monitoring of deliveries and expenses.
• Hands-on in emails and phone transactions for kingdom-wide requests to process.

• Process material requests from all over the middle east for medical supplies in our branches in KSA, Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, and Jordan
• Negotiating price offer to the leading brand as the distributor of product offer for stocks or supply to our clients.
• Product selling of medical equipment and technical support
• Proficiency in SAP System, Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
• Proficient in Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Service Contracts and Preparing Tender Bidding Bond
• Arrange Flight booking and Preparing Expenses for monthly reports and set up meetings
• Doing Logistic tasks for Ordering and Monitoring requests to the supplier from other countries and monitoring the Shipping Schedule Via DHL.
• Preparing Sending and Receiving Spare parts and Machines to the supplier for repair.
• Provide General Administrative and Clerical tasks Including Mailing, Scanning, Faxing, and answering phone calls for our daily services for the technical support to the customer.
• Demonstrating ability to create spreadsheets and presentations
• Monitoring of Sales and organizing the assigned Supplier items for Storekeeping from First in and First out of Machines and Equipment and Quarter inventory.
• Extensive industry-specific knowledge regarding operations, policies, and terminology
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and organize service reports and copy of invoices, quotations, and service reports.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and processing orders, maintaining and stocking office supplies.
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate events as necessary.
