• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
• Update and control procedure documents and forms
• Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing
• Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence
• Assist with communication during external audits
• Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
• Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient
• Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)

• Troubleshooting to all kinds of alarms in WiMAX and microwave transmission including power outage.
• Installing and commissioning of both licensed and unlicensed microwave transmission including CPE (Costumers Personal Equipment) like switch and router.
• Conducting Line of Site survey for new microwave transmission and existing links to make it sure that there’s no obstruction if the RSL is degraded.
• Responding to a network outage and should be completed as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Installation and configuration of APC UPS for the power system of the site.
• Troubleshoot and Maintain HVAC system and Enviromux monitoring system.
• Conducting Preventive and corrective Maintenance Routine for all sites, generating report and escalate if there’s an issue that can possibly cause an outage.
• Conducting Preliminary Acceptance Test for new sites.
• Responding to costumers complain.
• On-site hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Field servicing/troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, server and printers.
• Report defect and recommend improvements alterations and repairs.
• Responsible for loading new software and systems on existing equipment.
• Backup all necessary files and archives.
• Assemble and disassemble new clone and branded pc for inventory and quality control.
• Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router.
