• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
• Update and control procedure documents and forms
• Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing
• Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence
• Assist with communication during external audits
• Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
• Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient

• Conducting Line of Site survey for new microwave transmission and existing links to make it sure that there’s no obstruction if the RSL is degraded.
• Responding to a network outage and should be completed as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Installation and configuration of APC UPS for the power system of the site.
• Troubleshoot and Maintain HVAC system and Enviromux monitoring system.
• Conducting Preventive and corrective Maintenance Routine for all sites, generating report and escalate if there’s an issue that can possibly cause an outage.
