• Recruited 400+ workers in the unskilled, skilled and professional categories sourced locally and internationally within 120 days in 2015.
• Worked directly with the Managing Director in restructuring the pay scales of skilled workers thereby increasing the retention rate by at least 10%.
• Simplified the recruitment process and reduced the time taken from sourcing to on boarding by 15%.
Project : Manifa Causeway Project Reported to : Project Director / Project Manager Accomplishments:
• Successfully coordinated and mobilized 300+ units of heavy equipment from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia within 120 days in 2007.
• Mobilized 785 workers from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia within 120 days in 2007.
• Restructured the filing system for employee files to ensure easy identification and traceability as per ISO 9001 guidelines, thereby increasing efficiency.
