• Promoted to the Managerial role within eighteen months of joining the Project.

• Successfully handled all day to day HR/Administrative functions on the project such as employee onboarding, Recruitment, Labour Relations / Employee Welfare, Database management, EHRMS Updates, Time Keeping, Interdepartmental coordination, Annual Leave Plan, Grievance handling, Manpower / Recruitment daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, etc.

Project : Clean Fuels Project Reported to : Sr. Engineer ‐ Project Support Accomplishments:
• Successfully actioned all HR workflows (Recruitment, Salary Increments/Promotions, Annual Incentive Reward, Transfers, Drafting Memos & Faxes, Secondment Invoice Processing thru
MAXIMO, etc..) in line with the HR guidelines and the Agreement for Loaned Personnel for over 320 Secondment employees assigned to the Clean Fuels Project.

Project : Sabah Al-Ahmed Sea City Project Reported to : Project Director / Managing Director Accomplishments:
• Recruited 400+ workers in the unskilled, skilled and professional categories sourced locally and internationally within 120 days in 2015.
• Worked directly with the Managing Director in restructuring the pay scales of skilled workers thereby increasing the retention rate by at least 10%.
• Simplified the recruitment process and reduced the time taken from sourcing to on boarding by 15%.

Project : Manifa Causeway Project Reported to : Project Director / Project Manager Accomplishments:
• Successfully coordinated and mobilized 300+ units of heavy equipment from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia within 120 days in 2007.
• Mobilized 785 workers from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia within 120 days in 2007.
• Restructured the filing system for employee files to ensure easy identification and traceability as per ISO 9001 guidelines, thereby increasing efficiency.
• Appointed Quality Management Representative (QMR) of the company in 2009.
• Achieved ISO 9001 certification for the company by QMI‐SAI (Canada) for the internally implemented QMS within 06 months of QMS project commencement.
• Led a team of internally trained auditors and conducted 04 internal audits between 2009‐2011.
