Receive work order, work permits, works instruction, drawing and procedure
specification from my supervisor, conduct tool box meeting and analyze in each every
type of Mechanical failures and recommend for corrective action leading my group by
performing the work execution accordantly by carrying out the maintenance and repair
of such various types of rotating equipment in the entire area such as High Pressure
Unit (HPU), Distilled Mild Cracker (DMC), and Distillate Hydrocracker Unit (DHC), /
Area8 Port Marine Loading Arm (MLA), Hydraulic Power Pack (HPP) in Train-1 of
SATORP Plant.

Engaged with SMP Critical Team (CT) to each critical equipment breakdown alignment
technique, carry-out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance by pulling-out
of equipment from site to workshop. Rebuild Flowserve and HP Dynamic Multistage
Nuovo Pignone, Centrifugal Pumps, replacement of mechanical seal journal and thrust
bearing, reciprocating compressor parts assembly, steam and gas turbine, gear boxes,
Fin fan cooler, Pull-out and installing different types of valves which include necessary
weekly coverage. Perform regular monitoring and pressurization of mechanical seal
fluid barrier, lubrication, top up lube oil tank reservoir, replace oil filter-cartridge/dry
gas filter. Following client site safety, company rules and KBR-AY standard procedure
to attain zero incident.

Carrying out day today activities as selected key contributor personnel in Bataan
Refinery hydrocarbon plant. Assigned in Refinery construction and Breakdown
maintenance activities and associated components, while providing direction support
and hands-on assistance to the local mechanical technician by overhauling and
assembly of internal section to final reinstate of stationery and rotating without
downtime, such as Pipe spool, suction and discharge line including strainer,
reciprocating, centrifugal and rotary types of pumps. Confirm isolation list LOTO, as
per permit acceptor OSHA system, by following company define job safety and work
management system procedure.

Working in Target Engineering Company under contract in Gasco (UAE) NGL4 plant,
engage as Mechanical Technician (Multi Craft-rotating/Static). Responsible in
maintaining for the smooth normal plant operation by performing maintenance work
activity repair, disassembly, overhaul and rebuild. Reinstate to final alignment of
rotating equipment, such as steam turbine, compressor, centrifugal pump, pump,
gearbox, blower fan, -fan cullers FD/ID. Adjusting roller pulley of belt conveyor, filter
and strainer cleaning if needed. Performed daily day to day predictive and corrective
maintenance activities, attend preventive weekly maintenance coverage schedule.
Respond for any on-call duty to obtain normal plant process production. Participates for
emergency and annual industrial and Mechanical shut down T/A work, complete ahead
in schedule as required.

Responsible for rig-up erection to final alignment of horizontal and vertical
equipments, such as column vessel, reactor, heat exchanger and fit-up pine line by
following the orientation plan required, chipping top surface of foundation for getting
exact elevation, Static alignment, from top elliptical head to bottom skirt, getting
plumpness and leveling by using theodolite. Performing internal works cutting,
grinding, fit-up assembly and installation of trays from seal pan, down comer, feed pipe
distributors, filling of packing and install permanent gasket to final manhole closure,
box up.

Strong ability to understand plant drawing such as P&ID and Isometric plan.
Installation of pipe to pipe, pipe to equipment, cleaning/replacement of different type
strainer Y/U types, assisting local maintenance Technician to adjusting the pipe stress
to the equipment, assisting to replacement of different types of mechanical seal such as
Single and Double seal. Face to Face, Back-to-Back and Tandem type seal, hands on
experience in effective use of power tools and hand tools, including by using hydro tight
machine low profile and high profile (RSL).
