Training & Development
• Work closely with the HR Department Manager to establish an exhaustive talent development strategies for the business requirements.
• Administer the development of company-wide training policies to address employee skill-based and behavioral needs.
• Develop a training programs, learning initiatives and career management programs to improve employee productivity.
• Monitor the training effectiveness that targets Core, Professional and Values competencies of all employees.
• Identify training resources and plans and ensure core job skills and orientation programs are in place.
• Source training providers and partners and lead the negotiation of agreements.
• Review all contracts between SSC and training providers and coordinate with other educational institutions to evaluate the appropriateness of current training programs.
• Monitor the delivery of the internal coaching and mentoring programs.
• Lead and guide departmental evaluators in annual performance evaluation process from start and end dates of evaluations.
Talent Acquisition
• Search and attracts candidates from job fair, universities, manpower placement agencies, job portals and etc...
• Conducts recruitment activities to ensure the company’s manpower plans are met the required organizational skills and competencies and top talent candidates are hired and provides an effective on-boarding process.
• Screens CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, prepares offer letters, follow-up with candidates, and answers all candidate queries related to employment and deployment formalities.
• Formulate salary analysis and evaluation and administer job offers and employment contracts negotiation.
• Organizes and run recruiting events (campus visits, presentations, workshops, job fairs etc.) and advertise employment opportunities
• Develops and maintains relevant recruitment databases to manage and keep track of performance of recruitment activities.
• Updates job descriptions and ensures all vacant positions have corresponding applications in place.
• Assists in developing recruitment criteria and process.
• Manages the induction of new employees to ensure a smooth transition to the new working environment.
• Maintains relationships with external academic and training providers to ensure availability of adequate on-boarding development programs for employees.
• Assists the individual performance and people development initiatives to highlight shortages in skills and talents.
• Develops regular recruitment reports to the HR department heads and senior management.
• Assists the preparation of and review new employment contracts, taking into account latest updates in labor laws (where applicable).
• Manages local and international recruiting activities within a set budget.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
