 Performing invasive and non-invasive procedures such as catetherization for male and female patients, nasogastric tube insertion, central venous line insertion, ECG taking, and skin traction application.
 Care for bedridden patients, proper turning and positioning to avoid pressure sores and contractures, suctioning, administering oxygen therapy as ordered and tube feeding via nasogastric or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tubes (PEG).
 Accurate documentation of nursing procedures and management.
 Care of patients with chest drainiage.
 Care of patients with trachaeostomy tubes.
 Care of patients with J-vac and Mallecot drains.
 Health teachings imparted as related to their disease and nutrition.
 Proper discharging with instructions and follow-up.
