Provide day-to-day technical support (with the assistance and authorization of the corporate IT group) with technology related issues that arises. All installations and adjustments to hardware and software configurations must be coordinated with and authorization by the corporate IT group. Will adhere to and assist in monitoring and reporting compliance issues that may arise conflict with the Computer Use Policy. Additional areas of responsibility may be assigned, as needed, by the General Manager - Dubai office.
