• Manages the day to day operations of the Business Centre.
• Ensure high quality and consistent excellent customer experience is
delivered to all new and existing clients.
• Ensures that operational risks are identified, monitored and managed
effectively with the help of the Community Team Lead.
• Takes accountability for the overall performance / Net Promoter Score
of the Centre, contributing to the success of the whole Team.
• Identifying and engaging high potential leads across a variety of verticals and nurturing those leads into appointments for outside sellers.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, including script development, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.
• Manage data for new and prospective customers within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects and work with multiple sales team members to cultivate prospect lists.
• Contribute to and execute a strategy to drive new partner acquisition.
Supervises and manages 5-10 trainers, site admin and team leaders. Responsible for professional coaching and career development of direct reports. Provides leadership, guidance and direction needed to improve professional skill sets of direct reports in order to improve their overall effectiveness.
• Conducts and overseas product-specific facilitation and appraiser skills training. Train-the-Trainer sessions and is in charge of certifying trainers on specific program.
• Engaged in reviewing the process by applying instructional design, updates modules when needed and prepares the master copy of the manual.
• Ensures the trainees’ quality and performance before they move to operations.
• Provides development to his direct reports and ensures that it is being followed and monitored.
• Excellent management skills on project planning, evaluation, development and implementation of recommended action plan to different processes being supported.
• Meets and liaise with business partners.
• Leads the team in conducting training needs analysis and recommends solutions to the process supported to address gaps and challenges.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure that end-to-end process is being done and smooth transition happens from one phase of training to another.
