Preparing document and files for new staff, and updating document for working staff in files and Payroll. Preparing leave salary, Gratuity termination letter and offer job letter, writing all Arabic letter to legal Department, Coordinate with PRO for the process of visas, Provide accommodation to new staff, Booking Air ticket for our new staff, or visitor, Provide Hotels for our Company visitor.....
Provide new visa (employment, visit visa...), Responsible of all work with legal Department (Labor office, Immigration, chamber of commerce, Etisalat, Municipality...
Renew and cancellation of visa for employer, Preparing all Labor contract, new or modification Renew for Trade license for company, and make for new, control all company to be under Labor law in UAE, and controlling accommodation for any inspection from any Legal Department
Speaking to management team/clients to find out what they want and to advise them objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business, Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business, Coordinating the project team, Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project, Adjusting the plans where needed, Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one, Keeping management and clients updated on progress, Evaluation of each project stage and once completed.
