Install, maintain configure hardware and software systems according to company policies. Perform hardware and software upgrade to achieve performance level. Update software antivirus on regular basis. Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desk issues. Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary
Providing thorough and complete troubleshooting of VPN tech issues including: - support accesses through various OS- assisting with installation- connectivity concerns- reading debug logs - router setup using Zendesk software ticketing system and Slack.
Perform 2nd level IT Technical Assistance,
Receive escalated trouble ticket from the Client-Help Desk.
Perform, facilitate and/or assists end-users in the resolution of
the trouble ticket, preform computer command rand report
issues and problem solving, Unload and load data backup
