Execution of Medium sized Villa and Shopping center Projects from the start to finish in an efficient way.
Manages the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules,
and to meet budget goals.
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project activities within the time & cost
parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Coordinate and manage technical aspects of projects from initiation to project progress and completion.
Controlling the
Review contract / Tendering documentation, to ensure a thorough understanding of the relevant contract drawings and requirements.
Managing all site Sub contractors and directly supervising resources for various types of jobs, initiating next activity and resolving technical issues at a site, and ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Managing effectively SPML’s multidisciplinary site execution team including Engineers and Supervisors.
Set clear goals and objectives for site construction team members and subcontractors.
Preparing Weekly and Monthly concrete program for suppliers to deliver without any interruption..
Arranging the Machineries and construction materials to deliver on time to continue without any delay in site activities.
Hold regular review meetings internally to ensure rigorous monitoring of work progress and budgets so that the financial targets of the project are not compromised.
Manage, build and improve the relationship with Client and consultant to create a favorable opinion about our project delivery capability for repeat business.
Developing each Villas Project baselines with initial setup, resource planning & project deliverables
schedule.
* Execute each villa’s in particular time span & limits for cost and resource flow.
* Review Projects status in terms of costs incurred and tasks completion, taking necessary actions to stay
within agreed budgets and timelines.
* Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure quality of project.
* Controlling the contractors, vendors and suppliers to schedule their processes, upfront towards the
completion
IN CHARGE FOR Basement levels of Mandarin Hotel building
* Coordination with all MEP/other system contractor to get the clearances for zone wise in basementlevels.
* Execute the balance Fit out works to complete the ceiling/wall areas to be ready for final hand
over/QCDD.
* Identifying all outstanding work materials and S/C required submitting procurement and timely following
up.
* Raising the site discrepancies /MEP clash issues to Engineering dept.to conclude by RFI and chase up.
* Arranging Site walk with MEP & Spl systems cont.to close temp.cut outs/clearances partwise.
* Ensuring all the civil / fit out interior works carried out with approved dwgs and projects specs/QCS 2014.
* Focusing the whole team to prepare the punch list for QCDD inspection to deliver on date.
Title : Mega Water Reservoir Package
Execution of mobilization, earthwork, sub structure & super structure activities in Reservoirs & Buildings.
Arranging the construction shop drawings and submittal approvals to start the activity on time.
Ensuring all the civil activities carried out with approved drawing, materials Kahramaa specs / QCS 2014.
Monitoring and controlling the site team for project progress within time frame by day-to-day visit.
Coordination and controlling the Sub- contractor work and sequences to follow up further.
Submitting the all-material request to procurement dept. and follow for timely arrival at site.
Ensuring and arranging the formwork materials, Rebar cut & bend reaching to site on time with no issues.
Coordinate with Site Engineers / Quality Specialists for assignments to construction supervision for various
work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and quality and recommending corrective action
as necessary.
Dealing with QC Engineers, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Site/Section Engineers Surveyors etc. & getting
approvals for various items of work and maintain quality of work.
Attending the weekly progress and safety meeting to review and resolving the weekly issues.
Execution for 2 reservoirs structural works from dressing concrete to Roof Slab and railing etc.,
Implementing the good work practice to all team members for achieving the targets.
Organizing the Post tensioning contractor to install the vertical & horizontal tendons.
Executing the Post Tensioning Stressing & Grouting activities to complete by the efficient way.
Arranging the construction equipment’s & formwork materials to the site by time efficient manner.
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
Preparing the Summary, Bills, Valid justifications for Project variations to submit client approvals.
Executing the Finishing packages for the retail section in JLT clusters A to W
Managing the inhouse workers to assign in block work plastering, painting, coping works, Etc.
Making program for parking structure activities like Kerb Stone, Wheel Stopper, Road Marking, etc.
Coordinating with asphalt laying on the structural slab area, road marking works etc.
Execution of expansion joint to fill with specialized material in around the tower joint surfaces.
Ensure all Sub-Contractors Health and Safety / Quality plan are in place, approved in accordance with the
contract requirements.
Final handing over activities in snagging, de snagging to complete the job full satisfaction of consultant and
client.
DLP and EDLP works to complete the project and getting the NOC and TOC certificates.

Execution of structural activities from Raft to Roof level (01 basement + GF + 6 Floor)
Coordinating with PT and MEP sub contractors to carry out their part of work to finish job on time.
PT Rope stressing coordination after getting the Cube results and proceed the work further.
