• Review documentation & data handling procures as SME.
• Configuration of Aconex on behalf of Client & administer NEOM wide Aconex.
• Establish data collaboration server at SharePoint & manage access permissions.
• Conduct EDMS training from all PMC & Client staff.
• Participate in Quality audits to ensure conformance of document control system in line with requirements.
• Management of the Document Control team in all Expo contracts.
• Formalize system changes with application specialists & project controls.
• Setup and maintenance of the EDMS to project requirements
• Establish & implement effective document management procedures for the project
• Training of Document Controllers and project team in Document Management system
• Effective communication of Document management requirements to project team, sub consultants & contractors.
• Represent the DC Team in any applicable project meetings
• Keep DC team man hours within the established project manpower plan
• Manage the DC Team estimate and budget, and where necessary generate estimates for change requests.
• Take responsibility for the requirements and management of supplier deliverables and compliance to quality requirements.
• Manage the process of client interim and final handover, and the eventual close-out of Document Control activities as per company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for generating document management reports as needed by the project managers and management.
• Generate a system and process for arranging document catalogue, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of project documents at time of project closeout.
• Train and supervise the team in all aspects of document control systems. Provide training and support as and when required for the functional staff.
• Liaise with department heads, identify and analyze malfunctions and make recommendations on document control matters. Anticipate and highlight problem areas, and propose solutions, recommendations to modify.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's quality control guidelines.
• Provide such further administrative assistance to senior management as may be required.
• Establishes and maintain clear/concise work standard and goals. Provide training and development, reviews work produced, complete performance evaluations conducts employee counseling and takes corrective action as necessary.
• Implements approved document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management. Administers data/document management applications.
• Adhere to approved procedures and ensures that the pre-established document control requirements (e.g. which document numbering system will be used, how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
• Works with other staff members as needed to develop and improve services. Responds to changing technology environment and participates in decision-making activities relating to clients’ needs.
• Provides assistance to users in capturing and locating electronic information.
• Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for assigned project based on client, project, department and supplier/contractor requirements. May revise system or schedule as required to ensure timely approvals and distribution. Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier/contractor and internally produced documents.
• Verifies retention requirements, arrange document cataloging, packing and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate documents at the time of closeout. Manages scheduled destruction of archived documents according to the company and/ or Client guidelines; provide assistance with document retrieval.
• Manages the Document Control staff to ensure effective implementation of project-specific procedures. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

I have done program for payroll & assets control & depreciation system. I was responsible to issue monthly payroll of aprox 1000 employees including French expats, Local Contract Employees & Labour as well. For assets control depreciation I was responsible to maintain all the movements of major assets of the company & report the monthly cost in accordance with the number of days any specific site has used that equipment / asset.
As the company was dealing with supplies of security systems & high tech electrical equipment to different authorities. I have done several programs as per their requirements which were major in relation with Trading concerns.
I was deputed by the company in big chain of schools “The City School” as Computer Instructor & was responsible to educate over 900 students as per the syllabus outline of British Council.
