• Technical expertise on USAID funded $ 45 million Citizen Voice and Accountability Project (CVP) and capacity building of community organisations by conducting research, helping sub grantees with project management, media and communication strategy, understanding of parliamentary structures, budgeting, media engagement, development strategies and research-based advocacy
Developed a road map for advocacy of citizen groups (specially youth and female) and media (both print and electronic) to transform conflicts by using the common ground approaches. Developed training manuals, modules and presentations to impart training and hands on mentoring to media and community development workers across various parts of the country to help them with data gathering, reporting, writing and research techniques.
Developing DRR project for flood victims of 2010 floods and onwards by developing country plan, budgets, sub grants mechanism, monitoring matrix, DIPs and LFAs with five local partners across Pakistan dealing with 200 plus personnel and 15 consultants working on issues ranging from research, funds raising, coordination with at least four multinational donors like JICA, SIDA, Ausaid and developing government's institutional capacities on gender sensitivities
• Consultancy for USAID funded project DRL for Capacity building of media and CSOs on conflict Reporting by developing modules, manuals and hands on training for TV/Radio and Print journalists across the country, Report writing, analysis and evaluation of media in conflict areas
• Developed editorial policy, writing and editing reports, media and business strategy to develop a B2B plans, developing relations with the GoP and enhancing the output of the organisation
• Developing Business Development strategy and providing expertise to various clients of the organization ranging from development sector to media organizations, from GoP to Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from Stock Exchange to SECP
• Developed a nationwide communication strategy and awareness raising plans for reaching out to vulnerable communities and target groups affected by HIV/AIDS by producing multi lingual posters, flyers, radio messages and help line to break the stigmas attached to the curse and open up the society to accept this challenge of living with and helping these patients affected by the disease
• Developed comprehensive communication strategy and various awareness raising materials including a booklet for community awareness on emergencies, posters, flyers and various IEC materials for provincial disaster management authorities. Also developed manuals and modules for TOTs and media trainings on DRR thematic areas
• Developed modules, manuals for trainer and trainees and trained master trainers on advocacy, DRR/DRM and various thematic area besides undertaking the training of 60 journalists and CSO in Kabul working with communities besides helping the communication officers of government of Afghanistan with communication strategies
• Worked as community mobilize to help new comers to Canada to settle down in the mainstream society through emotional, career, housing, business and education counseling
Launched a news and entertainment TV channel "Din News" from scratch by developing its editorial policy, content flow plans and business development strategy.

Public-Private Partnership was utilised to successfully complete project on violence against women (VAW) and ultimately a project for developing a shelter home for victims of domestic violence and Legal Aid Cells for victims. Duties included fund raising, budgeting, planning, monitoring matrix, advocacy plan, and capacity building.
