Area of competence / experience


> Construction supervision of civil works including road, Land surveying works with Total station preliminary survey, design survey and setting out for the execution in Roads and Building projects

> Supervision of site work, co ordination work of sub contractors, compilation of day to day work report with special emphasis on following, Site organization, co-ordination, work scheduling, planning taking in account of availability of work front, released construction drawing, material, skilled and un skilled personnel machinery availability and deployment potential.

> Establishment of QA/QC procedure, strict adherence to availability requirements as per detailed specification, contract document and drawings.

> Co-ordination with Safety department for Preparation and Implementation of HSE (Health, safety & Environment) Procedure /policy for Construction sites.

Civil Execution Works Includes:-

> Pre fabricated structural building erections and its concrete foundation preparation.
