Started the concept of “Prepaid Services” in Kuwait for the local telecommunications
companies in Kuwait Ooredoo, Zain and Viva and Internet Providers Qualitynet and
Fastelco where we designed a system for generating, printing and distributing the
prepaid recharge accounts.

I was the system analyst of the Electronic Printing and Mailing Division, where mainframe
printers were connected to enveloping and mailing machines to print utility bills, envelop
them and stamp them ready to be posted to clients. My main responsibility was to meet
the clients and understand their requirements, design the whole system and report those
requirements to the programmers for implementation. Highlighted clients included:

Used different programming languages such as C+, Clipper, Foxpro, and V.Foxpro, to
develop several in house applications like Personnel, Stock control, and Invoicing.
