• Led the staff of over 120 employees, reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Performed all necessary administration including team building and development, budget control, financial administration including profit and loss, project management and setting up the policies and procedures.

• Led the successful expansion of GRC’s into the GCC’s market by setting up GRC branches in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
• Successfully installed smart lockers for Kuwait Aqua Park.
• Supervised the team of engineers, analysts, programmers and designers to develop and maintain operations of ecommerce platform (nopcommerce)
• Implemented in-house Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to measure and evaluate service levels offered to customers to improve customer retention
• developed high-level key client relationships to grow customer base by 162%
