• Manage and solve conflicts with clients
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
• Establish budgets with the client and company
• Meet time deadlines for accounts

• Participating in Business requirements building for the new Siebel teller system.
• Preparing the new work procedure relating to the new teller system.
• Testing the new Siebel system in the development stage and interacting with the development Team (SBM: Saudi Business Machine).
• Raising and following defects found in the system using a defect track system (web application: Easy Test).
• Preparing the training plan for the new system users.
• Giving Training to the branches relieve team.
• Participating in the Roll-out of the system to all the Teller-branches in the kingdom.
• Hot line Support for the new system user's in the Riyadh bank IT help desk.
• Following and enhancement of the system quality.
