‏*Responsible for coordinating with the suppliers for any discrepancies in the shipments received and keeps track until resolved.
‏* Handling enquiries in Logistics matters from other members or staff.
‏* Responsible for all the timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping of parts in warehouse.
‏* Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records.
‏* Maintain filing systems of all incoming and outgoing paperwork and archiving these details in accordance with local requirements.
‏* Ensure both yearly and perpetual inventory checks are completed in accordance with the laid down procedures.

Training Inventory Control staff.
Overseeing the job assignments and activities of Inventory Control staff.
Collaborating with shop monitors inside the airbase to provide performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Executing daily inventory analysis; identifying and resolving discrepancies and problems.
Overseeing stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
Locating items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
Communicating with the analyst team as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.
Operating forklift as needed.
Performing additional related duties as assigned.
