Supervise planning and implementation for telecommunication systems, projects and operational work at Security Forces Hospital Program.
Key Duties:
• Plan, Develop and manage all projects of new telecommunication systems.
• Review and reenginner telecommunication systems.
• Review and Makes recommendations for Capital Budget Equipment.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders for develop project charters.
• A team member to initiate a PMO in IT Department.
• Review Department KPI’s and take the necessary action to improve performance.

Telecommunication Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC): Designing Engineer at Telecom Engineering and Atomization System Division handling Telecommunication Network improvement and development, writing scope of works, reviewing technical offers, designs and provide support at installation and testing level.With work experience under stress conditions in rush projects.
The main duties are:
1.Planning for SDH and PDH network in SEC Company - Central Region.
2.Develop yearly report to defined problems and weakness in our network and trying to find the best solution.
3.Writing Scope of Work for new projects - Telecom Section and determined new projects requirements ( Fiber Optic Cables - SDH Equipments - PDH MUX Equipments - PAX - DC-DC Converter - Media Converter - TPSE -LAN/WAN- SAS ).
4.Reply on contractors Pre-Bid clarification.
5.Review and approve Telecom Projects Technical Submittals.
6.Review and approve Telecom Projects network layout and topologies.
7.Review and approve Telecom Base Design & Engineering 8.Drawings f o r Fiber Optic System, DC Power Supply, OPGW, UGNMFOC and related Accessories.
9.Review and approve SAS ( Substation Automation System ) Base Design & Engineering Drawings.
10.Review and approve Factory Acceptance Test proceeder and report a n d also witnessing those tests if required.
11.Assist with new equipments and contractors qualification.
12. Assist to implement new technology such as: DWDM, IP MPLS, RF mesh and data center.
