I have work experience in different field of my current organization operation, safety then training & development currently i am holding workforce development manager position since 2013. I have lead so many professional and para professional development projects such as competence development, job qualifications program, middle leadership development ( supervisors ), development of virtual academy of knowledge transfer unit to transfer & retain the knowledge from experts to joiners. Digitalize all the training activities in my organization.
Responsible for in house Technical and safety courses.
Responsible for workforce adequacy for shift workers.
