Operations Senior Officer and SARIE Manager - the job assignments are:
Monitoring and Authorize customers and bank to bank payments to Saudi local banks through SARIE (Saudi Arabian Riyal Interbank Express )and Follow up with SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) regarding new updates and instructions.
Monitoring and Authorize customers and bank to bank international payments with different currencies through SWIFT with good knowledge of SWIFT system and most of the laws of some countries in terms of payments.
Monitoring and Authorize central operations back office transactions includes: Internal payments for customers and banks internal accounts.
Monitoring and Authorize collections cheques transactions with different currencies
Monitoring and Authorize (inward - outward) clearing cheques transactions.
Investigations and follow-up all kind of customers and local/foreign banks inquiries related to payments or cheques with good knowledge of professional communication through SWIFT or other means of communication.
Communicate with correspondent banks and follow up on the latest updates and instructions.
Communicate foreign banks regarding business or RMA through SWIFT or other mean of communication with good knowledge of the rules of opening accounts for foreign banks.
Monitoring and follow-up with reconciliations team regarding internal accounts which related to operations Dept. and all VOSTROs and NOSTROs accounts.
Preparing and arranging all required reports from SAMA, Compliance Department and Risk Management.
Support and assistance treasury back office Dept. with regard to Murabaha deals, FX deals and REPO.
Support and assistance trade finance Dept. with regard to letter of credit and bank guarantees.
Solve different ATM and POS Issues through CPS (SAMA System).
Attend all meetings related to operations Dept. in SAMA.
Operations Clerk in operations Dept. the job assignments are:
Process internal, SARIE and SWIFT payments.
Manage cash vault.
Feeding and inventory of ATMs.
Support and assist customer services with regards to opening accounts and issuing ATM cards.
Support and assistance clearing cheques Dept. regarding visit to the clearing house in SAMA and coding and preparation of clearing cheques.
Support and assistance treasury back office Dept. regarding processing time deposits and REPO.
Head Tellers and Operations Clerk in Retail Banking Department the job assignments are:
Manage cash vault and cash processing (deposit - withdrawal)
Process clearing and collection cheques.
Process internal, SARIE and SWIFT payments
Feeding and inventory of ATMs
Processing time deposits and Murabaha.
Temporary Contractor at the same time with Electronic Saudi Network Company & alcatel Company (Attract Projects to Companies - Working as a Technician in the projects)
Administrator Services Support in Metabath Software International Project (Make Arrangements and Creating tables for Project Tools and Project Staff Expenses )
Employee in Internet Unit in Technical Support Department (Solution all Internet connection problems)
