A Country Manager works to represent a company in a foreign country. A Country Manager job involves working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in a specific region or country.

A Country Manger job description involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. This job is a senior role and typically, a Country Manager reports directly to a Regional Managing Director. Some of the duties of a Country Manager job include:

- A Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

-In the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector, a Country Manager job may include being in charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and records management.

-Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan are tasks a Country Manager may have to deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.

-A key part of the role of Country Manger will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

-Country Managers are expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.

-The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

A marketing representative is one who is going to promote and provide awareness about the products and services of the company or also about any business or organization.

Marketing representatives are acting as a liaison between the buyer and the seller and support the marketing and advertising activities. Their duties and tasks are varying because of the nature of the organization and the ranges of the products and services and also some other factors.

The marketing representatives should establish regular contacts with the clients and they should meet them to represent the company or organization in a proper manner. They should be active persons in supporting and assisting the marketing department.

They should prepare reports, graphs, spreadsheets and other business documents. They are also to attend meetings and events to represent the company and to promote the products and services of the company effectively.

The marketing representatives are also performing some basic administrative functions like typing, printing, filing, copying, mailing and general computer works. Nowadays marketing is a vast area and there is a cut throat competition between the various companies and for this the marketing representatives should be well qualified and innovative persons to assist and support the developing of competitive strategies in the market.
