QA duties at Jamjoom Pharma: “April 2012: up to mow”
“Junior Manager Product release”
-Site Authorized Person for Batch Release in Saudi FDA for Jamjoom Pharma.
-Confirm the produced batches “for Jamjoom Pharma and Pfizer toll manufacturing” meet the approved specifications.
-Review of batch records documents and analytical test reports.
-Review validation results and results of stability studies.
-Reporting the released products to Saudi FDA importing, batch release and clearance system
-Review the change request, deviations, immediate action taken, Impact, and CAPA related to each batch for compliance.
-Writing and updating SOPs.
-Annual product review coordination.
- Evaluate and review the changes in package materials before printing.
- Investigate the Market return goods to evaluate its suitability to re inventory again.
- Request QC analysis for returned goods wherever required.

-Checking all production and packaging process in plant is running according to cGMP and SOPs.
-Sampling of intermediate and finish good product (every stage) for submission to QC analysis.
-Investigate and report any deviations in manufacturing processes, and Recommend/implement solutions to resolve deviations.
-Retraining plant staff and recommendation for correction of mistakes
