Responsibilities as Secretary General of BoD :
1. Provide a support to all members of the Board in connection to their roles as directors.
2. Support the Chairman in all aspects of his job.
3. Maintenance and management of company files (articles of incorporation, regulations, minutes, monthly reports and annual report, etc.)
4. Assist with the preparation and amendment of organizational regulations.
5. Preparation of invitations to Board meetings.
6. Preparation of agendas and timely delivery of the necessary documents for board meetings.
7. Taking minutes at Board meetings, and other meetings (such as Executive Committee meetings).
8. Reorienting the decisions of the Board of Directors to the executive management of the company to implement them in accordance with the provisions of the resolution.
9. Create and update the pending items/open issues list for the Board of directors and the executive management
10. Assist in the content of the annual report, particularly in the areas on Board activities.


Responsibilities as CEO Office Manager:
1. Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
2. Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
3. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
4. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
5. Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
6. Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
7. Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
8. Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
10. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
